Nice neighborhood breakfast spot. Good empanadas and breakfast in general. Very affordable. Fast delivery is a plus!

Was in the mood for breakfast so we decided to try Rosa's Cafe. We ordered the toast, eggs, and potatoes and the pancakes, eggs and bacon. Both were pretty disappointing. The eggs were probably the best part of the dish. The pancakes looked like they were frozen. The condiments ketchup bottles look really old so we decided to eat our food without any sauce. We also ordered a passion fruit smoothie. This is the only reason why I would come recommend coming here with exception to the customer service.

If I could give zero stars to this place I would. Hate to have to be "this person" and leave this place a horrible review. But this place deserves it. I am a huge advocate for mom and pop businesses but I am also part of a Forbes recognized multi million dollar company, known for our customer service. My order was done through Grubhub, and this location has their own delivery guy to deliver their food through the app. My order was 40 minutes late and obviously cold upon arrival, because the delivery guy went to 41 Street, even though it clearly says 41st Ave. Then once he arrives in the lobby of my hotel, proceeds to tell me I plugged in the wrong address and now his other deliveries are going to be all late because of me. FYI the ST stands for first not Street you idiot, being there's an AVE right next to it. And trust me ladies and gentlemen, there was NO language barrier. Horrible service both through the delivery as well as the women who I dealt with over the phone at this location, who were ABSOLUTELY useless and rude. Hope they can get it together for future customers.

I'm shocked about their prices. Really cheap and great amounts. I had a gyro platter for under $8.00. How is that even possible. I've had coffee here once or twice. It's your basic good coffee. But you just can't beat the prices.

The service was very quick and it wasn't a long wait. The customer service is nice as well. Good job.

Average deli food. This seemed to be the spot for every construction worker/ MTA employee in the area. Everything was fresh but very bland. The wait staff were great, friendly and quick. Would I make a point to go back, no. If I was in the area and needed a quick bite I may stop in again.
